Our products are digital readings, reports, audios, calendars and rituals delivered for entertainment and reflection (see the Disclaimer). They are not advice and carry no guarantee of any outcome. Access to digital deliverables is provided through a secure link after purchase.

3. Purchases, billing & the retailer

Where you choose a monthly option, you authorize a recurring charge until you cancel; you may cancel any time through ClickBank or by contacting us. Prices are shown at checkout.

4. 60-Day Refund Guarantee

If you are not satisfied, request a refund within 60 days of purchase and we will refund your payment. Refunds are handled per ClickBank's return policy; contact support@scratch-fortune.com or ClickBank customer support.

5. Acceptable use

Deliverables are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, or share access links or files. We may suspend access for misuse or chargeback abuse.

6. Intellectual property

All content is owned by us or our licensors. “Madame Tessia” is a pen name and creative persona.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any decision you make based on our entertainment content. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid.
