What we collect

When you take part, we collect the information you give us — your first name, email address, and the Fortune Numbers generated during your scratch session — plus standard technical data (IP address, device/browser, and marketing identifiers such as advertising cookies) used to deliver and measure our service.

How we use it

To create and deliver your personalized readings; to send you the emails you opted into; to process purchases (via ClickBank) and provide support; to measure and improve our advertising. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Service providers who help us operate: our email platform (AWeber), our payment retailer (ClickBank), analytics and advertising platforms (e.g. Meta), and our AI report provider (Anthropic), each only as needed to provide the service. They are bound to protect your data.

Email & your choices

Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link in every message; you can opt out at any time. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@scratch-fortune.com. We honor applicable GDPR/CCPA rights.

Cookies

We use first-party cookies to run the funnel (e.g. to remember your session) and third-party cookies for advertising measurement. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

Retention & security

We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and protect it with reasonable safeguards. No method of transmission is 100% secure.
